As California’s first premier whiskey-focused distillery, Adam will dispel the myth and show that great bourbon can be made outside Kentucky. He’ll share why his award-winning rye and bourbon whiskeys are based on traditional methods but fueled by a uniquely modern, Californian-taste. He will give a detailed and valuable account of how agave spirits are produced, what to look for and how to sell them along with a tasting of some different varieties. Caroline is Australian Ambassador for World Gin Day, owner of 'Gin Queen on Tour' – Gin Distillery Tours and partner and organiser for Junipalooza Melbourne. Caroline recently became the first Australian member of 'The Gin Guild', an industry body in London, and was an Associate Judge for the 2017 Australian Distilled Spirits Awards 2017.
